Yeah that is a really sweet taco!  :thumbs: Do the new taco's like that come with the 3rd on the drivers side like that one has or is that some different setup? I havn't paid to much attention to the new toyotas so I was just curious.  :dunno:

Thank you very much.  Yes the t-case is a drivers side drop just like the older Taco's.  Most of the guys that do a swap will just use a Dana 44 or 60 that already has the diff on the left side.  I haven't seen too many that swap out the tranny and transfer case so they can run the diff on the passenger side.  There have been a few that have done it, I just haven't seen them myself.  It's just cheaper and simpler to do a sas using an axle that is driver side and then going with a dual case from Marlin than it is to change everything.  Those that want to run the Toyota stuff usually go with the Diamond axle that has the Toy 3rd member in it on the drivers side to keep things Toyota.  Not a bad set up at all.
