thanks, i painted my truck with a roller and brush. i don't really want to chop it up, it's rust free. at most i will pound in the front fender/firewall to get clearence for 35's in the future.
How did the roller and brush method work out?? I'm interested in painting my 4Runner that way as well. Did you wetsand between coats?
