If you don't even own or know how to use a test light you probably should have somebody fix it for you or learn how to use one. The bottom line is that you need to start backtracking from the blower motor if there's not power there and see where you quit having power. If you do have power to the motor check the ground. If it's got good ground the motor is junk most likely. That's hard to imagine though if you just replaced it.
