It kinda seems like you might be interested in building a dash like this.....I'm not sure about building it for you, but I can sure help you out on what I did. First off, I used 3/4" square tubing to build the face frame. Then I used the stock dash mount (with a little modification) to mount the frame. I then used 20 guage sheet metal to make the face and top. Once everything is attached, this thing is pretty stout. Here's a few pics and a dimensional drawing of the frame. Oh, and I did add an additional brace under the radio to give it a bit more support and it made a great place to mount the CB. One more thing, I used 8-32 machine screws to attach the sheet metal to the frame. Hope this helps out...
