Lift up that sides A-arm to take some tension off and tighten torsion bar adjuster nut. You may need to hold the bolt from turning with a wrench. Drive and then check with tape measure. repeat as needed. Its that simple. Oh yeah spray the bolt with a penetrating oil first.
