I don't know if the RTE has a heavier flywheel than the RE, but assuming it does you should still have no troubles. A heavier fly wheel can even help to prevent bogging the motor at lower rpm's and smooth vibrations from a 4cyl.
The larger clutch = more surface enguagment = less feathering. In the case of clutches though, bigger or ceramic is not always better.
