Hey guys!

I believe the reason for putting a truss on the top as opposed to the bottom is to keep from reducing your ground clearance.  You want to make the housing stronger while at the same time not reduce ground clearance, or create any extra obstacles to get hung up on (a truss on the bottom would be a good flat face for rocks to get stuck on).  The bottom of the housing is mostly round wich is easier to slide off of rocks.    any way just my  :twocents:
