I am not sure but the pics show a pretty bleak frame, maybe you should concider building a tube frame using round tubing, or possably try something like willymammoth did. It turned out sweet and probably wasnt too expensive to build. If you use your old frame as a jig it probably wouldnt be real difficult to put together. But if your gonna patch it it wouldnt be a bad idea to use simular metal and possably patch it from both sides or patch one side and box in the other. Anyways Im pretty tired so i may be speaking giberish or spanish or something so i will just shut up.
