...Well, after 2 hours of searching threads and attempting to post pics I was unsuccessful. I'm not an idiot, but this posting pic thing is pretty ambiguous. I understand the whole resize thing, but getting it into the thread is not easy, where can I host my pic without alot of difficulty? Can I do it in yahoo photos? I spend alot of time in front of a damn computer at work and I really don't want to spend an entire WEEKEND day just to post a pic... 
So, since thats over...can anyone help me out here?

create a photobucket account......after u upload the pic onto photobucket there are 3 codes under each one. there is one called [img] code. right click on this code and copy and paste directly into your post. u can hit the preview button to make sure it will show up before u post
