If that happened in America, it would be a differant story...plus your tax dollars pay my salary...hell...my tax dollars pay my salary. Anyone see anything wrong with that?
I would tell them if they had a problem with the way the toilet faced, to straddle it. Problem solved 
Unfortunately it will happen here in the US.
If it was me...I'd make 'em all face mecca, paper the stalls with the Koran and paint the toilets like moe ham ed with his mouth open.
