basically on pirate, you have to pay $ to get a red star and then you can search... otehrwise you are limited to just reading posts and posting, but no other user members other than pm
You have to buy a red star to use
their search... There's always googles advanced search option, where you can type in what you're looking for and keep the results of the search to just pirates site. I've never used the red star search, but I have read that some people prefer google over it anyway.
