i kinda had a funny thought about this........ for those of us with first gens, we should raise the overall value of these trucks!  If we were to sell them, we'd sell them at an inflated price and that would create an overall inflation of the price of our trucks for the time being.  Once people start to believe that these trucks are supposed to be sold at this inflated value, because there isn't very many of them, the price will most likely keep rising.  At some point there will be a lack of liquidity of these trucks and once there isn't liquidity and someone wants to get one..... the price can creep it's way higher 
Might have to create a secret society or something for this to work.... "Round Eyes"... like the Skull and Bones!
