I can start up the ol girl and she runs great no misses, very responsive. she sounds better than ever. 
     I checked to see if egr got hot like Marlin said, and it does not. 
 
Exhaust starts to heat up quickly, and if i would alow would get red hot. As soon as she hits normal operating temp, she wont idle at all, but will start agiain fine. I have to keep foot on gas or she will studder and die. Still no power. I cant figure this one out please help? 

P.S. idle speed screw is turned OUT/open about 2-4 turns from what it used to be, idleing at about 1k
