Depends on what you think really. Its hard for us to say, without knowing the vehicle. I wouldn't try to drive my truck to North Pole, AK and its got about 220K on it, (3rd gen toy) but I also know a guy who has an '84 2wd that has something liek 600k on the original motor that I would drive that thing to China if I had to.
It really comes down to what you think, are comfortable with, and your experience with the truck. Regardless of what you decide,
