You want a quick delicious meal?
Try getting some frozen burritos, enchilada sauce (easy out of the can), and plenty of cheese.
Lay the frozen burritos in a casserole dish so that they're touching and make a solid layer. Smother in enchilada sauce, cover with cheese. Securely cover with tin foil. Put in oven for about 30 minutes on about 350 degrees, and you got yourself a meal

That's kind of like "Tamale Pie". Canned tamales layered with canned chili and Fritos.
