Mine fit great, no leaks, cleared all stock heat shields, even covered up the egr holes so I didn't have to make block off plates for them. No complaints here. I'm sure a downey or lc header would be better, but for half the cost I'll take my Thorley any day. And to make sure I was getting the header that would fit my truck, I just called them. Ordering online is nice, but there's something reassuring about the voice on the other end of the line.
