Just went through this with the Focus, it had a horrible vibration and I knew it needed brakes so I went ahead and did a brake job on it. Well she takes it and says still doing it, so I'm thinking that the rotors may be warped. Nope they were true, so next (should've looked anyways) I check my tires and yup they were cupped bad. Got new tires and no more vibration, oh and I put new struts on it too since bad struts cause the cupping.
