if you've got lockout hubs just go ahead and build yourself a square d-shaft.
16" of 2.5" .250 wall seamless sqaure and 16" of 2" .250 wall square. total cost of materials is about $20 give or take and its also strong enough and will be long enough for a dual t-case later if you chose.
