If you are a cheap skate like me here is what I did

for the filter and adapter. I used carriage bolts to mount the adapter to the MAF adapter to keep the maf housing to the stock intake I went to the home depot and went to there plumbing section and picked up a 3 1/2 silicone coupler mine came with a metal housing and straps.
