All it is is a cone filter adapter attached to the AFM housing, then a simple cone filter is attached to the inlet of the cone filter adapter.

Marlin and Dean both kept their sound deadening box, whereas I removed my sound deadening box by cutting the intake pipe right behind the box, and that is where I have attached my AFM.

In addition to Marlin, Dean, and I, Bevin has also gone this route with a direct intake with a cone filter.
