Do you have the plugs where the main harness plugs into the back of the gauge cluster? It should be 3 flat plugs.

If you do, can you cut them off. I will be away on business this weekend but I will work a deal with you when I get back if you have them.

Got any good seat belts? I need a drivers side shoulder belt. Does it have a slider rear window? I need the latch if it is good and you don't have the whole thing sold.
