Least painful would be seats out of another toyota pickup.  If you're gonna use seats out of a car you need to pay close attention to the floor pan.  Most cars have a higher mounting point on the tunnel side of the seat, so you hafta make your own brackets.  I've pulled seats out of cars in the yard before and took em to the truck section to see how close they were.  I'm running mid-late 80s nissan 300zx seats with minimal mods.  I had to make small brackets to bolt down the tunnel side, but the outer mounts were really close.  I like the adjustable side bolster for trails, adjustable head rest and seat bottom.  Plus there's an air bag in there too :yesnod:
