Those pics. were taken at the trailhead to Pikipksi(dont know how to spell) which is halfway up engineer pass.  Engineer pass starts out of Ouray, CO a couple of miles.  Engineer is only a 3 out of 5 but it was a fun trail.  When we saw this we had to take a detour.

That is a great area to wheel.  Did you do Blackbear?

You may have noticed a "road" spur on engineer pass that looked like a motorcycle might make it (it is loose steep and long, there are two routes straght and to the right), my dad drove his stock 71 Blazer up that years ago with highway tread tires.  He still has nightmares about his stupidity.
1989 4Runner: Dual Ultimate (Inchworm front & Marlin 4.70 rear), Marlin Twin Stick, 1200-lb clutch, 4.88 R&P, Aussie Front, Detroit rear, 30-spline Longs, Long hub gears, ARP hub and knuckle studs & 35x12.50 Cooper STT PRO tires.  Marlin rear bumper & sliders.  FROR front bumper.  SAS with Alcan springs & Rancho 9000XL shocks.  Budbuilt Bolt-on traction bar.  Custom Interior Cage by Those Guys Rod and Customs.

Moab Tested & Rubicon Approved
