That is what I was thinking of doing.  I did not see the harm in it.  The only conflict I could imagine is the close proximity of the tranny shifter to the front case shifter when in 4th gear.  Not close enough to be an issue though.  The other would be the factory plastic console hitting the shifter in that orientation, but I dont think I am going to use it anyhow.  Thanks.
