all my yotas with cases have done this (5 ) and the fix for all of them was a cv in the rear shaft, and making sure that the driveline is at the right angles. the noise is cased by the cases amplifying the noise and vibration in the drive line and the rear output bearing
on a side note...whenever there is noise in my rear end, my wife tells me to go sit on the pot
