OK time to come clean, I have been bothered by the fact the Toyota springs are designed to locate the placement of the diff from the front and I put the shackles in the front.
This caused the springs to bend and kink at the rear strap, so much so that I have a problem flipping the shackles. I added a stop to keep them from going to the point they flip, but this did nothing for the spring problem.
I figure that if I actually do some of the harder stuff this year I may break a spring.
So I am working on reversing the shackles to keep this from happening.
