How do you people running chevy springs with double and/or super long shackles keep from dragging them on rocks? With 63" long springs and really long shackles you are killing your departure angle. I have 56" ranger springs with a 6" eye to eye shackle with the rear hanger in the stock location running 37" tires and i really have to watch or I'll drag the crap out of my shackles on some steep climbs. I have been in the situation where I was climbing a really steep ledge and my shackles would drag bad enough that I couldn't back off or it would bend my springs. It seems to me that a 63" spring and a 10" long shackle would get hung up everywhere. ??
