The rear is pretty simple, almost self explanitory, the front is no fun at all. There is a thread around here somewhere for an easier way to remove the front. For the rear you just need to basically remove the 4 bolts on the inside of the backing plate pull the axles and then remove all the little bolts and pull the 3rd. Of course there is a few misc. things to pull off but those are obvious if you look at it.
