So im back on the road for how long 
I got a $$ raise and am geting over time. but the job is mosty 
I average about 200-300 miles a day 8-12 hr days.
so out of a 8-12 hour shift your on the road for 3-4 hours? (goin 70 i'm assuming) sounds like my old job, but i was a delivery driver for chef express (delivering things like chili's, outback, those places.)
