I have the same motor and axle gears with 36" Iroks. I have duals, but both with stock 2.28:1 ratios. On some steeper climbs here in Moab 1st gear low can start to power out, but usually isn't too bad as long as I am paying attention. However, In the mud is a different story. (or deep snow) The 20r just dosen't have the power to spin the tires in normal low if you are in thick stuff, and double low will spin them but dosen't generate enough wheel speed to be that useful.
