I'd contact the dealer from which you want to purchase your bumper from, most of the time they have a custom set up to accommodate the body lifts. I don't think this would be an uncommon question that they all have had to address. I'm not going to hard mount my winch, receivers front and rear with plug ins so I can move it around.
