Its real easy to convert them over to manual.  Youll need basically all the equipment that pertains to the clutch.  Such as pedal assembly, clutch master cyl, clutch hardline, slave cyl, flywheel and clutch set.  The clutch set is no biggy as you usually get all the stuff you need in one box, disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing and pilot bearing.  The rest will take a bit of junkyard scrounging to get but all that stuff can be taken out of a 2 wheel drive wich are pretty common in the junkyards.  Good luck with the swap it is not a hard job just a bit time consuming.
