I assume the problem is in the front? I have never seen a rear tire wear like that without there being something seriously wrong that you could see.
If the front is where the problem is you could have a bad ball joint or a problem with the lift.
An alignment shop should be able to tell.
You should be able to see if the tire or wheel lean in at the top if it is that bad.
It could be as simple as the toe in.
