i tried to remove mine, wouldnt come out, i tried puttign grease in, nothing..... eventually i broke out the innards with a screwdriver... well was stuck with jsut the outer race stuck i nthere, tried heat, didnt work, tried all sorts of stuff with no luck.... finally what i tried, was forcing a socket into the race, then with a ratchet just started cranking on the socket, eventually it broke free, slowly i would crank and pull on it, eventually it came out....
