You would be better to get one that is straight to start with, but if you already had it installed you could try to bend it back with the bottle jack and chains.

This would take a good eye to see where it is bent and some know how to know how to set it up properly so you don't bend it in the wrong place making it worse.

If it is cheap enough you could get it for parts, but it would have to be really cheap.
