FYI: Stock Toyota latches are the same as Suzuki latches that are easy to find at the local yard.  Zukizzy built these doors (and my old doors) with the stock latches and welded a small washer on the mechanism to open the door once it's closed. It's a clean, rattle-free way to do it.
