When I bought the truck it had 3:80's in the rear and 31" tires.. It would take 5 min to get up to 60mph, but that thing would easily do 90. the truck would start shaking around 90 so I never tried going much faster. Of course the speedo only said 60..
Now I have 4:10s (to match the front, so I can wheel) on 30" tires and I easly cruze at 85 in fifth gear...
Also after I got the truck I changed the oil, plugs, cap and rotor, and wires thinking this might help it out a bit, but it still runs the same. What do you guys think?
Dont forget the vacuum lines and check timing..
