I've seen one of those fans before. They could cool off a pretty big ass. Might be something to consider
I am not sure I am even big on flex fans either. I can see them bending forward when under water and taking out the radiator. 
Are you going to wire an in-cab kill switch?
I know u kids like to play in the mud
