I was wanting to put a see through tube in the upper hose so I can see how fast the water is flowing.

I could also put a ball valve in there to throttle it a bit to see if it makes a differance.

If I can get more aera the water will slow down some too.


Larger is better, not only will it have more time exposed but it may slow the flow enough since the pump will be pushing more coolant volume.
