At Rubicon Springs? I would love to see something bring an RV in there
I don't know what you already know about the trail or don't know, I don't want to assume so, for more info on the Rubicon Trail:
http://www.rubicontrail.com/ You won't be getting anything but a tent up there. Pack it in, pack it out.
It gets cold and I don't like the cold so I come prepared. You'll want at least some thermal underwear, a nice warm hat and we love our insulated coveralls!
Make sure you have a good sleeping bag and an in-tent propane heater works wonders but be sure to bring a few tanks. It'll go through a tank and a half of those small ones in a night.
