Theres two seals in there, but the "inner" of the two is the one that usually goes bad.

Disconnect the ebrake cable from the backing plate.
Disconnect the brake hardline from the backing plate.
Remove the 4 14mm bolts from the backing plate at the axle flange.
Pull the entire backing plate/axle assy out of the housing.
The seal is in the end of the housing and easily replaced now.  Reverse for re-assembly.

the inner seal on the axle as in behind my third inner? thx for the other info though!
