It sounds like an awesome build, but I could see you going over your 5K budget quickly. The build up of the D60 including the ARB could be pricey. 42 Iroks and the wheels and you might be over the 5K. 
Maybe I missed this too, what trans are you going to run? Maybe go with an Chevy auto and a single t-case? 
the iroks and some weldon beadlocks will be about $1300-$1500. i can talk to my buddy that works at ARB to possibly get you a discount on some stuff youll need.
