This is not a big deal.

Remove the rear driveline and with a air wrench, buzz off the 30 mm nut. When the flange is removed, a little gear oil will seep out.
Pry out the old seal will a large screwdriver, and after you prelube the sealing grove of the seal, tap the seal in till it is flush with the rear housing.
Using 400 grit sandpaper, lightly sand the seal surface and then install the flange. To prevent oil seepage, seal the washer with silicon and torque the output nut to 90-95 ft lbs. Restake the nut with a dull chisle.
