Yes, it can be clocked and there are a few kits available. Drive lines will need to be modified as it adds like 3" or 4" inches to the total drivetrain.

I know OTT once made this but I can't seem to find it on there site.

Concerns are that the oil galleys that catch tossed oil is what 'pumps' the oil back into the rear housing under accelleration (via inersia) but with it clocked and oil runs out of the galleys and I think cooling becomes a concern.
