Definately go 250 to 500 range until you get some miles on .  I wouldnt recommend a buell unless you want it because they are a dime a doz thanks to Harley dumping them on the Market . Mine lost over 5K in value over night  thanks to that. Now dealers are trying to dump them cheap .  Lynn
