im also interested in the thrust washer(as are lots of other supra owners im sure). ive busted many w58's and stock lsd's in my supra. currently running a r154 and about to install a truetrac lsd this weekend. my current r154 prolly wont last very long and my spare is being pulled apart for a rebuild before it goes in and it would be nice to eleminate and possible future problems, and you guys seem to have that nailed down pretty good.
