That thing sounds GREAT!!!!  I know smoke is lost power potential, but damn, it sure looks cool pouring out of the stack when you stomp it....

I like your thoughts on the throttle pedal setup...it'll be nicer that way for sure!

You need a double row pulley on the alt. to run the PS?  No way to setup a "serpentine" style system and use one belt to run the whole show?
