Mine did the same thing, but then finally it just wouldn't go into gear. It was because the clutch master cylinder was leaking and wasn't disengaging the clutch all of the way. I just changed it and it works fine now. You might want to check that out. 
That would be my guess to if it happening only at a stand still in gear. The clutch is simply not disengaging all they way.
