How the $%^% did he manage to get NO damage besides a little ding in the fender did he roll in pillow cases  

No actually it was in an area not highley used on my property.  Around my area the forest beds consist of, soft soil, ferns, centuries of fallen leafs and small branches, and ocasionaly some bugs.  So it's pretty soft, makes hill climbs a blast
