Hey just a thought for those who saw this and thought it would be a good Idea for making some parts for your rigs.
DO NOT USE POLYURETHANE FOAM!!!! It emits Cyanide gas when melted. my dad found his best friend laying unconscience on the floor of his hanger after he decided to use a hot wire on his airplane. He was using polyurethane foam.
If you do this, use high density Polystyrene its gasses are not as noxious as Cyanide. but you should be careful not to breath it too.
